Briggs turned 2!

Briggs had his Birthday  Aug 5th, He turned 2. His birthday was on a Sunday so we didn't do anything really fun, we just had a little birthday lunch for him at home then went into grandma Snyder's for Sunday dinner. It was just a fun, relaxing day.

We had a birthday party at grandma Snyder's for the August birthdays which were Aspen, Briggs and Addie. (the other Aug. Birthday cousins live too far away :(

We love our little man Briggs. He is a little man. He looks like one and acts like one. He acts so much older then he is. He is a great talker, talking in sentences. He likes to make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to, and tries to correct them when they are wrong.  He is very athletic- he loves climbing things and jumping on the trampoline. He is really good at riding his scooter and skateboard on his bum and keeps right up with the big kids. He loves our cats and wants to hold them all day.  He is very easy going and pretty out going. Loves to give hugs and kisses and say "I love you!" He is also so funny some of the stuff that he says. Especially when you look at him and realize hes just a little boy. Some of the stuff he says sounds like it should be coming from someone much older.  He has two blankies that he loves and packs around and has to sleep with. He is our early riser, usually waking up between 6 and 6:30. He sneaks into Kaylee's room and if its before 6 she has him lay with her and they sleep together a little longer or if its after 6 he asks her to turn on a movie for him so they come downstairs and cuddle up to watch a movie. They are so sweet! He loves all the family especially his grandparents and aunts and uncles.  I am sad that our baby is growing up so fast but it is also so much fun watching him grow and see how he develops! He makes us so happy. He knows a lot of his colors and can sometimes count to 10.  He loves to learn.. He loves motorcycles, four wheelers, monster trucks, any tractors or dump trucks, worms and bugs. Basically he is all boy and loves anything gross and boyish! We love him to pieces and are so happy he is our little boy!!
